Refund & Dispute Policy

Consulting & Development Services

Our consulting and product development services are bespoke in nature. Scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed upon before work begins. As such, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, we are committed to resolving concerns in good faith. Please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Software Products

For our software-as-a-service products (such as GrowthOS and Ghostbox), free tiers are available at no cost. For paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. After 14 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at hi@omarismail.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We aim to respond to all disputes within 3 business days and are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
